KINDERGARDEN
TEA for the master plan: 120 children will be able to spend their happy and bright
location: Ukraine, Odessa days in the new kindergarten.
plot area: 1.7 hectares
building area: 2000 sq.m.
We were given a site for the construction of a preschool
TEA for the building: in a new neighborhood. We have no surrounding
storey: 2 development, so the design of the kindergarten must be
building type: public universal.
usable area: 3 166 sq.m. On the one hand it should attract children’s attention and
calculated area: 2 168 sq.m.
give positive emotions, and on the other hand I wanted to
building volume: 25,848 cubic meters
convey an unobtrusive childhood in pastel colors, which
can be seen more clearly on the facades.
The concept implies maximum privacy with nature, which
is reflected in the number of green spaces on the master
plan and in the greenhouse, which is located in the core of
the building.

The structure of the kindergarten is distributed in such a
way that each group cell has the necessary insolation, exit to
the outside and barrier-free access to the main body of the
building.
I separated the administrative and training area into a
separate block for easy communication between the staff.

The kitchen and medical center have access to the backyard,
as they have «dirty» rooms and need a turnaround area,
which by configuration and size is suitable for this space.

The group cells are separated from the rest of the premises
by a sports block and a greenhouse.
The greenhouse is located here not only for teaching
purposes, but it also serves as a light pocket to break up the
volume of the building and additional light in the corridors.

HOTEL
TEA for the master plan:
location: Moldova, Tiraspol

building area: 4 250 sq.m.

calculated area: 3 000 sq.m.

Student tourist hotel, located near the river, in a naturally forested area.
The concept is to create the most comfortable conditions for summer and
winter recreation of students.
Based on these factors, I developed a multi-level concept that meets all
the conditions, as it has a sufficient number of rooms for different types
of accommodation, a cafe-dining room, a block for the development and
entertainment of students with a swimming pool and an assembly hall.
There are also three artificial ponds and summer houses for separate
accommodation.
The hotel volume harmoniously fits into the forest area, as it has 4
terraces with landscaping, where vacationers can also spend their free
time.

The hotel has a staggered volume dialing system, which allows for two
terraces in each building, so that residents can improve their leisure time.
Also, from the second floor you can access the leisure building, bypassing
the street exit.

Through the main entrance of the main building guests and guests of the

The first one leads to the restaurant, it is open to all those who wish to
spend a pleasant time;
The second one leads to the public part of the hotel, where you can visit
the art studio, the gym and the rental shop, which you can use from bike
rental to ski equipment.
The third direction is designed for the guests of the base, as on the first
floor of this wing there are residential rooms.
