Development of the Hiring Management System — a service for automating knowledge testing during recruitment. As part of this project, I worked on:
Developing functionality to add a selection of different types of tasks to a vacancy to test an applicant’s knowledge before an interview.
Developing functionality for applicants to take tests.
Developing an HR office interface where you can view the results of all applicants and select the right candidate based on certain characteristics. Creating email templates using React-Email, based on designs from Figma.
The following technologies were used in the project: TypeScript, React, Redux, MUI. The work was carried out using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
