MOODua is a business gifting and swag platform. We help businesses increase employee and customer loyalty and strengthen their brands with meaningful gifting experiences.

Our customers are IT Enterprises with outstanding corporate cultures, such as Jooble, Grammarly, Monobank, Readdle, Raiffeisen Bank, and others.

We are looking for a talented B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team.

If you are a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts, then you are an ideal candidate for us.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager, SDR, or Business Development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate our value proposition
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, Upper-intermediate English
  • Experience in web demos and distance selling
  • Self-confident, disciplined, ambitious, and passionate

Your future responsibilities

  • Developing market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
  • Establishing the first contact and operational work with potential clients through a range of channels (LinkedIn/email/call/meeting)
  • Holding online meetings/calls with potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and documenting sales processes
  • Managing and converting a pipeline of qualified opportunities
