Диспетчер (консолідація, США)

USA based company is looking for a Consolidation Dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced truck dispatcher to dispatch our drivers to customer locations. A minimum of two years experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

WORKING REMOTELY.

Salary depending on your skill level and will be discussed during the interview.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage trucks from on the route
• Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
• Communicating with customers about freight details: pickup and delivery times, commodity types, rates and requirements.
• Attention to detail is imperative to accurately record delivery and product information into a command dispatch system with the ability to negotiate delivery times with customers.
• Provide full information according to transportation and add it to the system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn all software related to the position.
• Must be highly motivated with a strong sense of teamwork and be able to build strong relationships with drivers and customers.
• Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures.
• Personal computer and access to the Internet (high-speed)

WORKING HOURS:

monday — friday 7am — 5pm est

(possibility to end earlier if all trucks are covered, but still be on call just in case of any issues)
