HedgeHog is a new generation international recruiting agency that adheres to global standards of organizing work processes. We specialize in personnel search, adaptation, and development. HedgeHog offices are located in 11 cities across Ukraine. We collaborate exclusively with verified companies, both Ukrainian and international. The majority of our clients are logistics companies located in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, is looking to strengthen their team with Financial Analyst.

Requirements:

Higher financial education;
2−3 years of experience in FP&A/Data analysis;
We are ready to consider a very motivated student BSc/MSc degree in Finance/Accounting;
Basic understanding of core financing statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
Experience with Financial Statements preparation is a plus Attention to detail Knowledge and practical use of data analysis;
Proficient MS Excel user Previous experience with ERP systems is highly preferred (i.e. QuickBooks, SAP);
B1 English.

Responsibilities:

Data analysis, mostly in Excel and our accounting and TMS systems;
Combine data from various sources and validate it with Excel;
Perform accounts reconciliations;
As part of the Finance team, assist colleagues with daily / monthly reports and tasks;
Work closely with the Finance Manager in all ad-hoc data analysis tasks.
