    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct support to the lead property manager in all day-to-day property management functions
    • Provide superior customer service to our tenants and tenant prospects
    • Provide leasing support. List properties for lease in MLS system. Audit lease listings and make corrections as needed. Track number of leads on a weekly basis. Actively sell our rental properties to prospective customers by responding to leads via phone calls/text message/e-mails on a set schedule which will involve covering leads on the weekends
    • Assist with open work orders responding to tenants and scheduling in-house maintenance and outside vendor work as needed, making sure that work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provide leasing support. Actively sell our rental properties to prospective customers by responding to leads via phone calls/text message/e-mails on a set schedule which will involve covering leads on the weekends
    • Assist with all tenant move-ins. Prepare leases for new tenants and assist with all move-in items associated with onboarding new tenants.
    • Assist with tenant move-outs as directed by the lead property manager
    • Assist with warranty claims. Enter them into warranty claims databases and follow up with warranty specialists on a regular basis to ensure that all warranty claims are being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Help with filing and organizing company documents in share filed system

    Requirements:

    • Strong English speaking and writing skills
    • Customer service experience
    • Demonstrated consistency in completing assigned tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision
    • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho CRM, AppFolio property management software system)
    • Strong attention to detail and proficient time management
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
