Logistics Sales Manager, Broker, Carrier to Krakow (US market, PL)

We are looking for an experienced broker (US market) for our Polish office located in Krakow (Poland). To work from the office is an important condition for us, as it helps to find all the solutions fast and to be on the same page with all team members.

Pay: $1000 + Lots commissions!

Shift: 14:00—23:00 (PL time)

The Logistics Sales Executive (Broker) is a key role in the organization whose job it is to make sure that all loads are covered for the best pricing. This will include the negotiations of rates and the development of relationships. The Sales Executive will work with transportation carriers and develop a network that will bring efficiency in service and pricing to Everest.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all loads are moved;
• Ensure target costs are met for shipments;
• Establish relationships with carriers;
• Negotiate rates;
• Work with the sales team to solve issues in transit and identify new opportunities;
• Work with the Tracking Team to ensure proper transit;

Skills Required:

• Strong English Skills Upper-intermediate/Advanced level;
• Knowledge of the logistics industry or desire to learn;
• Ability to communicate effectively;
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
