Join a growing American logistics company operating a Heavy-Duty Trailer Repair Shop in Florida 🚛

This position is perfect for someone who wants to actively use and improve their English skills through real daily communication with Americans while building a long-term career with a fast-growing U.S.-based company.

Every day brings new situations, challenges, and learning opportunities — this is not a repetitive office job where you perform the same tasks over and over again. You will be involved in real operations and play an important role in the daily activities of the company.

You will gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, customer communication, problem-solving, invoicing, coordination, technical knowledge, and business management while working directly with American clients, suppliers, and some of the largest companies in the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning quickly, taking initiative, solving problems, managing people, and continuously developing professionally. It is a great opportunity to build strong leadership, communication, and management skills while gaining valuable real-world experience working within the U.S. market.

The position is especially well suited for someone who is naturally more productive during afternoon and evening hours and appreciates the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

No prior experience is required. We will teach you everything step by step and help you become an expert in the industry. However, you must have a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve yourself professionally.

🏢 About Us

We are a heavy-duty repair shop specializing in 53' dry van and refrigerated trailers.

Our operation is structured around full-cycle trailer service:

  • 🚚 We dispatch drivers to pick up damaged trailers from clients
  • 🛠 Trailers are brought to our yard for repair
  • 🔧 Mechanics complete all required repairs
  • 🚛 Once finished, trailers are delivered back to the client

👉 Your role is to manage this entire process end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, mechanics, suppliers, and clients.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • 📞 Coordinate drivers and daily workflow
  • 🚚 Dispatch drivers for trailer pickup and delivery
  • 🛠 Manage and oversee mechanics in the shop
  • 📦 Order parts from suppliers
  • 💻 Create estimates and invoices in Fullbay
  • 💰 Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
  • 🌐 Communicate with U.S.-based clients
  • ⚙️ Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations

🛠 Technical Understanding (Important — but not difficult)

You don’t need prior trailer repair experience, but you must be able to:

  • ⚡ Quickly learn trailer systems and components (we will train you)
  • 🔩 Understand basic parts: landing gear, brakes, suspension, doors, etc.
  • 🔧 Understand the general repair process
  • 🤝 Coordinate repairs between mechanics and parts suppliers
