Territory Manager of Adress Delivery Services to Berlin

• Have experience in launching and managing logistics locations or courier delivery services.

• Know how to organize operations, build efficient teams, and drive service quality.

• Possess strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; have knowledge of the German market and local specifics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing locations and launching new address delivery service points in Berlin and across Germany.

• Coordinating the opening process: negotiating terms, zoning locations, setting up logistics routes, launching operations, and overseeing courier route performance.

• Building and managing your own team: onboarding, task prioritization, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Taking the lead in developing and improving customer service quality assessment processes in line with business needs.

• Conducting audits based on the «Address Delivery Checklist» (branch processes, courier operations, vehicle branding, mobile app usage, customer service quality).

• Controlling the performance of your address delivery service point and that of existing partners — focusing on service quality, financial KPIs, and reporting.
