Position Details & Motivation System

• Employment type: Part-time (official labor contract)
• Workload: Approx. 16 hours per week
• Starting rate: 250 UAH/hour (~16,000 UAH/month net)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to children in small groups using Helen Doron materials
• Prepare lessons and activities based on the provided curriculum
• Communicate with parents about student progress
• Attend team meetings and internal trainings
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere

Requirements

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field — a plus
• Experience teaching children or teens — an advantage
• Passion for working with kids and strong communication skills
• Willingness to complete the Helen Doron Teacher Training Course (TTC)
• Reliability, creativity, and team spirit
