IT Sourcer / Online Researcher (fully remote)

What do we ask for?

• Strong online research skills
• Personal laptop or PC
• Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:

1. From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
2. From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

What does this role involve?

• Read and understand various job openings provided by our clients
• Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate
• Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide
• Cooperate with the recruiting team in selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients' job openings
