🔹 Who we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience in the US market

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience leading a sales team (3+ people)

• Understanding of sales funnels, AI assistants (chatbots, voice-to-text), and CRM systems

• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills

🔹 What we offer:

• Fully remote position

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am — 5 pm EST (flexible, non-fixed hours)

• Compensation: fixed $1,250 + $1,500 in KPI-based bonuses

• KPI bonuses: $500 −$1 500/month

• Access to paid training

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Actively sell: handle inbound leads and close requests from Instagram, Facebook, Thumbtack, and the website

• Coach and support a team of 4−5 sales reps: daily reviews, scripts, templates, follow-ups

• Implement and optimize CRM and AI tools in the sales process

• Monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, average check, response time, reviews

• Onboard and train new team members

• Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, chats, sales, and team performance
