Intern Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on challenges with confidence and initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you have a natural drive for organization, problem-solving, and leadership, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields);
• Completion of project management courses;
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
• Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology;
• Experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions;
• Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration;
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making;
• Independent, with strong communication and leadership skills;
• Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Would be a plus:

• Participation in organizations like AIESEC.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution;
• Acting as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication;
• Managing project documentation and preparing reports;
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of task completion;
• Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.
