We specialize in North American freight logistics and offer comprehensive dispatch services to our clients across the U.S. We’re a growing team looking for motivated individuals to join us on our journey.

📌 Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch freight for U.S.-based carriers

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email

• Negotiate rates and build relationships with brokers

• Plan, schedule, and track shipments in real-time

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems

• Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues during transit

• Collaborate with team members in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and the U.S.

🧑‍💼 Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for both:

• Entry-level candidates — no experience required; full training provided

• Experienced dispatchers/logistics coordinators — your skills are highly valued

✅ Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — MUST HAVE

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, email, etc.)

• Willingness to learn and work in the U.S. logistics industry

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work U.S. business hours (evening shift in Ukraine)
