We are looking for an experienced Contract Lawyer to boost our team.

Your Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements — NDAs, Service Agreements, DPAs, and more Advise clients on cross-border contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions Support corporate growth through legal input on their legal matters

Work with tech & Web3 clients — draft SAFTs, Token Terms, Whitepapers, and other blockchain-related documents Collaborate globally with innovative companies and legal partners across Europe and beyond

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: contract law, preferably in a European or international firm (on cross-border deals)
• Expertise: NDAs, service agreements, DPAs, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies.
• English: Legal English at C1-C2 level — you write and negotiate with ease
• Skills: Attention to detail, time management, independence, and willingness to grow.
