HR Manager (Transportation Company in USA, Logistics, Trucking)

We are a car hauling transportation company across the United States. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive HR Manager who can improve recruitment efforts and maintain effective HR processes.

Вимоги:

• 1+ years of experience as an HR/Safety Manager in USA transportation/logistics industry
• Understanding of driver recruitment and logistics hiring needs
• Fluent English
• Basic knowledge of U.S. labor regulations in transportation/logistics industry

Обов’язки:

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding

• Hiring CDL and NON-CDL drivers, owner-operators
• Managing employee records and HR documentation
• Drafting and updating company policies and employment agreements
• Supporting team communication and organizing internal culture initiatives
• Verify all required documentation for new drivers (CDL, medical certificate, MVR, driving experience, etc.)
• Create, implement, and update safety procedures and policies in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with company leadership, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies (e.g., DOT, FMCSA) during inspections, audits, or incident investigations.
