We are looking for Dispatcher

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience, 2+ years, as a freight dispatcher with open decks on the US market
• Fluent English level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient experience using DAT load board
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in transportation management software systems (TMS) and GPS tracking systems.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards during load pick-up, transit, and delivery.
• Oversee and verify cargo loading and securement procedures.
• Strategically acquire the most efficient loads to maintain cost and profit effectiveness for the company.
• Update equipment and load-related information in corporate CRM, Google Drive, and loading board.
• Constant communication with drivers: updates, questions, solutions.
