🛠 Position: Construction Project Manager (Remote, USA)

About the project:

We build premium tiny houses for the U.S. market — with quality, style, and a philosophy of freedom. Our clients include glamping resorts, developers, and private investors all across America.

We’re now looking for a key team member to manage our projects, coordinate contractors and materials, monitor timelines and quality, and help build processes — all remotely from anywhere in the world

🧰 What you will do:

✅ Oversee tiny house construction projects across the USA;

✅ Search for, select, and vet contractors, crews, and installers;

✅ Find and negotiate with material suppliers;

✅ Manage construction schedules and ensure on-time delivery;

✅ Coordinate and handle permitting and other required documentation;

✅ Monitor budgets, track materials, and keep projects on budget;

✅ Plan workflows, optimize logistics, and manage subcontractor operations;

✅ Stay on top of every stage of the construction process

🧑‍💼 What we’re looking for:

✅ English level B2+ or higher (able to communicate freely with U.S. contractors, suppliers, and clients);

✅ Experience working on the U.S. market (in construction, manufacturing, installations, or related industries);

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results;

✅ Systemic thinking, responsibility, and attention to detail;

✅ A passion for building a premium product and working for results
