Project Manager (Italian-speaking)

About the Project

We are developing a web-based B2B platform that streamlines logistics and order management for businesses. The system automates delivery workflows, tracks orders, calculates key metrics, and integrates with external partners to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.

You Are a Good Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience managing web or SaaS projects
• Background in B2B platforms, logistics, supply chain, CRM, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern web architectures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Italian language proficiency is required
• Experience with Jira, Figma, or similar project and design tools
• Quick learner with ability to master new technologies and tools

Your Role

• Lead full project cycles using Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: development, design, QA, DevOps
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and reporting
• Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, demos, and delivery
• Ensure high-quality results within deadlines
