    Retail Services Group is a global oriented IT Services and IT Consulting company.

    We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Service desk team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end users, delivering excellent customer service while resolving technical issues via phone, email, and our support portal. Your responsibilities will include logging and assigning support tickets, escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams, and performing basic troubleshooting to address user requests quickly and effectively.

    The successful candidate will work with a well-established global team becoming proficient supporting complex client environments.

    Mandatory requirements:

    1. Hungarian language C1/C2

    2. Informational technologies education

    3. Prior Service desk experience

    4. English language B2 minimum

    Responsibilities:

    • Answering support queries via tools, phone and email, keeping daily contact with our employees
    • Perform initial assessment and basic troubleshooting of end users' technical issues.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialised support groups
    • Continuously monitor ticket queues and follow up on customer service requests to make sure we provide quick and reliable service

    Requirements:

    • Experience in logging and managing service requests, incidents, and problems using a ticketing system.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while meeting defined SLAs.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for resolving end users' technical issues.
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and commonly used software applications.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.

    • Dynamic schedule: Mon-Fri Shift #1: 09:00 — 15:00; Shift #2: 15:00 — 21:00 CET; Sat/Sun 10:00 — 20:00 CET
    • Paid 2-week vacation period
    • 2-week payout
    • Salary start: 40000 UAH/month.

    Work conditions: Work from home, you would require a good internet connection and quiet location to work. We would provide you with a computer system, and Voip phone system.
