International company Owl Aerospace Inc. is looking for a Specialist in sales of aircraft parts to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serving Customers by selling items and meeting customer needs
  • Processing incoming requests from Customers (Worldwide)
  • Searching for spare parts from suppliers
  • Preparing commercial offers
  • Entering data into CRM
  • Order processing
  • Working with calculations and logistics
  • Daily communication with regular and potential customers

We are looking for:

  • English level — Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated pro-active worker with an ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Experience in sales or customer support as well as knowledge of sales-related documents (RFQ, invoices, contractual / marketing / purchase agreements) would be a benefit
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as the situation required

What we offer:

  • Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 13:00 to 21:00
  • Employment under a contract. Payment — in US dollars
  • Salary: wage + yearly bonus
