Terms:

  • Position: Administrative & HR Specialist in Ukraine
  • Experience: We welcome candidates with or without experience.
  • Languages: English & Ukrainian both Fluent
  • Contract Type: Employee Full Time On-site (According to Ukrainian local legislation.)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate selection to onboarding new employees.
  • Supervise payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs, provide/assisting require feedback to the financial department.
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records to prove compliance.
  • Assisting/managing in administrative documents and ensuring deliverables are in best quality (in English, Ukrainian, if required in Russian) to related internal/external parties.
  • Assist/manage the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and ensuring good communication within the organization.
  • Maintain and update all physical and digital employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage the budget for the HR and administrative departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Supervise the HR and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Support current and future business needs by developing strategies for human capital management.
  • To represent the company’s corporate identity and communicate effectively with both employees and external stakeholders.
  • Managing/assisting the executive management’s calendar, attending/organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring office operations.
