Finance, Payment Support Specialist (Affiliate Networks, iGaming)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable: monitor incoming payments, reconcile balances, and ensure timely settlements.
• Provide payment support: resolve transaction issues, follow up with partners, and assist with invoices.
• Be in daily communication with brands (affiliate partners) via chat/email regarding balances, reports, and payment confirmations.
• Prepare basic financial reports (payment status, outstanding balances, partner summaries).
• Support finance team in routine tasks such as invoice verification and data entry.

Requirements

• Prior experience in affiliate networks / digital marketing / iGaming (finance or account support role is a strong advantage).
• Understanding of accounts receivable / payment processes.
• Excellent communication skills (English required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environment.
