Agro Jobs Holland is looking for an enthusiastic and driven full-time Coordinator to join our existing team. In this role, you will support our Ukrainian-speaking employees and ensure smooth cooperation between international employees, clients, and our organization.

What will you do?

• Act as the first point of contact for Ukrainian-speaking employees and the associated clients.
• Guide and support employees in their daily work.
• Provide a warm welcome to new employees and help them get up to speed quickly.
• Assist employees in understanding systems and documentation related to employment.
• Create and manage efficient daily schedules.
• Lead your team and address any challenges directly.
• Work closely with employers to understand their staffing needs and match them with suitable candidates.

What do we ask of you?

You have strong social skills and are stress-resistant. You possess excellent organizational skills and a flexible attitude. You are fluent in Ukrainian and have a good command of English or Dutch. You are proactive, energetic, and have a positive work attitude. You are willing to go the extra mile; no 9-to-5 mentality. You have a valid driver’s license and live in the Middenmeer region or ready to relocate. Experience in the staffing or temporary employment sector is a plus, but not required—we are happy to teach you the rest!
