Location: Cyprus office
We are looking for a Product Gamification Manager who will own and develop a brand as a product — from launch to scaling. This role is for a hands-on product leader with a strong business mindset, capable of building engagement mechanics, managing cross-functional teams, and driving growth through gamification and retention tools.
You will act as a mini-CEO of the product, responsible for defining strategies, launching new brands, and improving performance of existing ones through gamified mechanics, bonuses, CRM logic, and content alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for a new brand (with potential responsibility for maintaining and scaling existing brands)
- Design and implement gamification mechanics: missions, challenges, tournaments, loyalty systems, levels, achievements, reward logic, and player journeys
- Act as the product owner for engagement and retention features across the platform
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, bonus, content, marketing, analytics, and tech teams
- Define and optimize bonus policies and promotional mechanics in alignment with product and business KPIs
- Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, hypotheses, and business goals
- Analyze player behavior, funnels, retention, LTV, ARPU, conversion, and engagement metrics
- Run experiments, A/B tests, and iterations to improve gamification and retention performance
- Monitor competitors and market trends in iGaming to bring innovative mechanics and features
- Translate business ideas into clear product requirements, tasks, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Take full responsibility for product KPIs and results
Requirements
- 2−4+ years of experience in product management, gamification, or retention roles within iGaming
- Strong understanding of player motivation, gamification psychology, and engagement mechanics
- Proven experience launching new products or brands, or owning major product areas end-to-end
- Experience working closely with CRM systems, bonus engines, content teams, and analytics
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing product and retention metrics
- Ability to think like a business owner: prioritization, trade-offs, impact vs effort
- Strong communication and leadership skills in a cross-functional environment
- Fluent English; Ukrainian or Russian — native or fluent
