Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, coordination, or administrative roles (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Confident computer user; experience with CRM systems and messengers
English level: Advance (client communication)
Russian: Intermediate or higher (communication with cleaners)
Experience in customer service or phone sales is a plus

Work conditions:

Fully remote position
Working hours: 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (USA Pacific Time)
Full-time or part-time employment options
Salary: 32,000−40,000 UAH (fixed base + commission)
Payments twice a month

Responsibilities:

Receive and process client requests via phone, messengers, and email
Create, manage, and coordinate cleaning schedules
Communicate with and support the cleaning team
Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
Monitor task completion and ensure service quality
Provide professional and friendly customer service
