Sales Specialist, B2B (Contact Center) — Poland Company: Yasno Location: Poland, Warsaw (Remote/Hybrid options) Industry: Energy Supply & Trading

Now, we are starting operations in Poland to bring our expertise and customer-focused approach to local companies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make an impact from the very beginning.We are looking for a Sales Specialist, B2B (Contact Center) who will focus on acquiring new corporate clients in Poland through proactive outreach and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound telephone sales of electricity to B2B clients.
  • Consult corporate clients on products, contracts, pricing, and supply conditions.
  • Qualify clients based on consumption volumes, business needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Handle objections and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers.
  • Maintain client data in CRM and document call results.
  • Follow up with clients and support them until contract signing.
  • Ensure compliance with contact center quality standards and sales scripts.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred); sales or negotiation training is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 0,5 year in B2B telephone sales or complex services sales.
    • Proven negotiation skills and experience with CRM systems.
    • Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.
  • Languages:
    • Polish — fluent (mandatory).
    • English and Ukrainian/Russian — nice to have.
  • Digital Skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint; readiness to work with CRM and MS ecosystem.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Result-oriented, analytical, resilient, and customer-focused.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy, telecom, financial, or utility sectors.
  • Understanding of electricity market and pricing logic.
  • Experience in start-up or fast-growing companies.
