Treasury, Payments Manager

ClickDealer, an award-winning global marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to strengthen our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in treasury operations, liquidity management, and international payments within a fast-paced global organization.

Key Requirements:

• 3−5 years of experience in treasury, payments, or cash management.
• Solid background in working with banks (account management, KYC, international payments).
• Hands-on experience with payment systems (e.g., Tipalti, Payoneer, Wise, or similar).
• Exposure to crypto payments and knowledge of related compliance requirements.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional-level English
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), FX management, or fintech/crypto industry background

Your Future Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of company cash positions and liquidity needs
• Manage bank relationships and operations: account openings, KYC/AML updates, transaction oversight, fee monitoring
• Execute and control payment operations through payment systems (e.g., Tipalti), including vendor onboarding, international payments, and reconciliations
• Oversee crypto payment flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support cash flow forecasting and optimization of short-term liquidity
• Prepare regular management reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on cash balances, flows, and treasury KPI
• Ensure proper documentation for treasury operations to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and operational teams on cross-functional processes.
