Logbook Specialist

We are looking for LogBook Specialists

Morning shift (9 am — 6 pm Kyiv time)

Evening shift (16:00−01:00 Kyiv time)

We offer:

• Starting monthly salary from $900 depending on previous experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining and auditing logbooks to ensure adherence to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, as well as assisting in the preparation of compliance reports.

Responsibilities:

• Review driver logbooks to ensure that all entries are accurate and complete
• Check for any violations of HOS regulations, such as driving too many hours in a day or week or failing to take required breaks.
• Review and audit driver logbooks to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
• Accurately enter and maintain logbook data in electronic systems or software platforms.
• Continuously monitor and identify potential compliance issues or violations and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Liaise with drivers and other team members to address logbook discrepancies, provide guidance on compliance, and answer related questions.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Level of English B2+
• Background in transportation or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication -written & verbal.
• Good communication skills, ability to work productively under pressure, high level of detail orientation, and strong data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and focus on details in a fast-paced environment.
