Automation and Integration Specialist

We are looking for an Automation & Integration Specialist to join our team and help implement integrations and automation workflows for international clients, primarily in the United States.

Our projects involve connecting CRM systems, marketing platforms, and internal tools using modern automation platforms and APIs. You will work on real-world integrations involving HubSpot, Zapier, Facebook, and other SaaS platforms.

Projects are long-term and focused on building reliable, scalable automation that improves client operations, marketing performance, and data synchronization.

Requirements:

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and integrations
• Experience with Zapier, Make.com, N8N, or similar automation platforms
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot automation and integration issues
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to document integration logic and workflows
• Intermediate or higher English level

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Facebook integrations (Lead Ads, Conversions API, Webhooks)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Experience working with APIs directly
• Experience working in an agency environment
