Описание вакансии

We are expanding and looking for a Lead Sourcer who will build highly targeted prospect lists of medical professionals and clinics for our outreach campaigns.

This role is focused on quality lead research, not cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying doctors, aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, and private medical centers that require website or digital marketing services
  • Building structured lead lists (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Collecting verified contact details (email, website, phone, social media)
  • Segmenting leads by specialty, country, and clinic size
  • Identifying clinics with outdated, poorly designed, or weak websites (high-potential clients)

Target Segments:

You will source leads such as:

  • Aesthetic dermatologists
  • Dentists
  • Plastic surgeons
  • Private psychiatric clinics
  • Cosmetic clinics
  • Medical centers (EU, UK, US, AU markets)

✅ Required:

  • 4+ years experience in lead generation or B2B research
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Experience with Instagram/ LinkedIn lead generation
  • Ability to verify contact data accuracy
  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Good written English
  • Experience using Google Sheets / Excel

⭐ Strong Advantage:

  • Experience in medical or healthcare-related lead generation
  • Experience sourcing for web agencies / marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Understanding of website quality & digital positioning

📊 What Success Looks Like:

  • 200−500 qualified leads per month (depending on niche)
  • High data accuracy (minimal bounce rate)
  • Clear segmentation and categorization
  • Organized, clean, ready-to-use lists
