AI Solution Engineer (AI Agents / Product / UI-UX)

What you will be doing

• Talk to clients and figure out what they actually need (not what they say)
• Break down vague ideas into concrete solutions
• Research fast:
  • competitors
  • best-in-class products
  • adjacent industries
• Become a domain expert in days
• Design end-to-end solutions:
  • architecture
  • user flows
  • interfaces
• Build AI systems:
  • AI agents
  • LLM-based workflows
  • automation pipelines
• Ship MVPs fast. Then improve them until they work in the real world.

You will fail here if:

• You wait for clear requirements
• You only think in code, not in solutions
• You don’t use AI daily
• You can’t evaluate the quality of your own output
• You don’t care about business impact

You are a strong fit if:

• You already use AI to 10x your productivity
• You constantly test new tools and approaches
• You can go from «I know nothing about this industry» to «I understand how it works» very fast
• You think in terms of value, efficiency, and outcomes
• You are comfortable being wrong, learning fast, and adjusting

Requirements (no fluff)

• You understand how IT systems actually work
• You can build (backend / fullstack basics are enough)
• You understand databases, APIs, and integrations
• You have real experience with:
  • LLMs
  • AI agents
  • automated workflows
• You understand UI/UX fundamentals and can design usable interfaces (e.g. Material Design 3 or Human Interface Guidelines)

What matters most

• You follow AI developments closely
• You continuously optimize how you work
• You understand why a product matters for the client
• You don’t build features — you solve problems

Education (preferred, not required)

Mathematics, Physics, Cybernetics, Business Analysis, or similar.
