Finance, Analytics Lead (Crypto Media, Arbitrage)

We’re looking for a Finance & Analytics Lead to join our Crypto Media (Arbitrage) team in Kyiv.

This is a unique opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up — designing reporting systems, setting up analytics, and providing financial insights to several international teams.

You’ll be the key person responsible for creating structure, clarity, and efficiency in how we understand and manage financial performance — from weekly and monthly P&Ls to ROI tracking and performance dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial reporting (P&L, ROI, performance reports, and dashboards) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Control and track buyer spend, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled across various platforms and departments.
• Report and reconcile buyer-related spend, ensuring alignment with budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with team leads and management to align reporting with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Manage and improve financial data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reports.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills — expert in formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management and reporting.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Previous experience in a similar team in the industry.
