Workday Engineer

Seeking a strong Workday Engineer / Admin with experience in Workday Extend, Studio integrations, and custom app development. This person should be able to configure, enhance, and support Workday solutions, build reliable integrations, and help deliver business-driven improvements across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday solutions in line with business requirements
• Develop and support custom applications using Workday Extend
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Manage and maintain security roles, access controls, and data governance within Workday
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business decision-making
• Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and integration errors, ensuring timely resolution
• Support ongoing system improvements, releases, and upgrades within the Workday platform
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes for internal knowledge sharing Ensure system compliance with security standards and best practices
