Remote Estimator & Customer Support (Cleaning Services)

We are a cleaning company based in the United States and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented team member to join our team.

Location: Remote

Schedule:

Monday — Friday

9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, USA — UTC -5 / UTC -4 during daylight saving)

Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Cleaning (Estimator Role):

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents (in English)
• Prepare and send proposals for commercial cleaning projects
• Follow up on submitted bids and communicate with clients via email
• Respond promptly to emails and project-related inquiries

2. Residential Cleaning (Customer Support):

• Answer incoming calls from clients
• Provide estimates and pricing for residential cleaning services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Handle inquiries and convert leads into bookings

Compensation:

• Starting salary: $300/month
• $10 for each won commercial project
• Compensation (base salary and bonuses) will increase over time based on performance and long-term collaboration
