identical keywords.

This project showcases how precise advertising reconfiguration, seasonal strategies, and

Campaign Optimization Case Study: Achieving a 46.8% to 23.94% ACOS Reduction
and increasing profits in the first month of cooperation.
Objective: Decrease ACOS to 27%
Actions Taken:
1. Stopped all campaigns that did not work well or gave unsatisfactory results.
2. Created relevant semantic core and collected relevant semantics. Due to the
specificity of the product and the lack of analogs (product with patents), it was
necessary to collect narrow semantics that would best characterize the product and
disable targeting of popular brands and most popular search terms in the Art painting
kits subcategory.
3. Optimized new campaigns-paused non-performing keywords, removed search
terms into negative targeting, optimized bids, and increased budgets.
4. Started Sponsored Brand campaigns.

Case 3
Objective:
The main goal was to relaunch and stabilize the client’s Amazon business (with highly
competitive products) after an unsuccessful start.

The primary goals were to optimize listings, help to create impactful content and
implement a data-driven Amazon PPC advertising strategy to achieve sustainable
growth with a target ACOS of 40%.

The client’s initial launch on Amazon struggled with underperforming listings and
inefficient advertising campaigns. Poor keyword targeting and non-optimized product
pages led to low conversions and inconsistent sales. The client sought a complete
relaunch to improve performance and align with their profitability goals.
Actions Taken:
Complete Listing Overhaul:
• Rewrote titles, bullet points, and descriptions with a focus on high-ranking keywords.
• Conducted a deep competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborated (PRD) with the client to create A+ Content, high-quality images, and
product videos to improve the brand’s visual appeal and conversion rates.

Comprehensive Campaign Optimization:
• Audited and restructured existing Amazon PPC campaigns, eliminating non-
performing keywords and adding low-competition, high-conversion search terms.
• Focused on creating well-structured Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and
Display ad campaigns tailored to the product and category.

Strategic Bid and Budget Management:
• Dynamically adjusted keyword bids to maintain a balance between impressions and
conversions while ensuring profitability.
• Allocated ad budgets to high-performing campaigns, scaling them based on ROI.

Performance Monitoring and Refinements:
• Monitored campaign performance through Amazon Advertising Console reports and
optimized campaigns every 7-14 days.
• Tracked key metrics like CTR, CPC, ACOS, and ROAS to ensure campaigns delivered
sustainable results.

Brand Repositioning:
