I collaborated closely with marketing and stakeholders to turn
data, insights, and requirements into practical design solutions.

I conducted UX research, including in-depth interviews, surveys,
user observation, and competitor analysis, and translated
insights into user flows, information architecture, and interface
solutions. I also worked with a design system, helping maintain
