Project Friendship

In the team of 9 volunteers from different countries we planned, created and conducted workshops on the
topic of friendship in Finnish schools for children aged 6 to 12, including children with disabilities. Our host
organisation was the youth centre Villa Elba. in Kokkola. It was the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project.

Collection of poems "Білий птах" /Bilyy ptakh/ (The White Bird)

I have been writing these poems for 6 years. After winning the regional poetry competition, I got a chance
to print a collection of poems. I named it "The White Bird" because I want to bring the ideals of freedom,
happiness and beauty to this world.

Creating and editing English subtitles for Solomia Zakordonets' film "Переселені"/
Pereseleni/ (Displaced)

Students of the my group AUP 36 (1) of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation of Ternopil
Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University took part in the international educational and cultural
project "Лемківська спадщина"/Lemkivska spadshchyna/ (Lemki Heritage), which was initiated by the
human rights NGO "Вільний світ"/Vilʹnyy svit/ (Free World) and the periodical "Nashe Slovo" - the largest
newspaper for Ukrainians in Poland (Warsaw, Poland). "Nashe Slovo" regularly presents materials related
to the history and present of the Lemkos.

As part of the project, my groupmates and I were asked to prepare English subtitles for Solomia
Zakordonets' film "Переселені"/Pereseleni/ (Displaced). I was editor-in-chief. I also created subtitles in
AegiSub.

The film tells about Lemko ethnic group who live in the village of Velikiy Khodachkiv in the Ternopil region,
about their past, present and vision of the future. It is worth noting that all the work (from the translation
of the Ukrainian text to editing and adding subtitles) was done by the students themselves.

The international educational and cultural project "Лемківська спадщина"/Lemkivska spadshchyna/
(Lemki Heritage) is aimed to popularize Lemko`s culture in Ukraine and the world.

I love to show my creativity through words. I can be free to express my ideas and it helps me to be myself. I
like to write poems and stories in the genre of science fiction.

Photography

I like to look at the world from a different angle.I especially enjoy photographing cityscapes and mountains.
I like to photograph people when they are doing something, capturing their emotions.
