● Filing and updating product items in the 1C system.
● Maintaining daily and monthly reports on sales, product balances and orders.
● Inspection and control of product balances in the warehouse,
● Handled customer orders: processing orders, consulting clients.

2021 – 2024 Customer Support Specialist

● Work in Zendesk. Communication with clients to identify problems
related to subscription/refunds, providing guidance to ensure the
delivery of high-quality technical assistance.
● Ensure timely and effective communication with customers,maintaining a

delivery.
