During my internship at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences in Latvia, I have been actively assisting the
international project management team in various administrative, digital, and creative tasks. I am responsible for
updating and improving the university’s website using Joomla, which includes restructuring sections, optimizing
content layout, and ensuring up-to-date information is available for users.

In addition to website management, I handle email communication with partners and internal departments, ensuring
timely and professional responses. I work extensively with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook, to process documents and prepare materials for presentations and reporting.

My tasks also include reviewing EU and Latvian documentation, extracting relevant data, and publishing updated
content online. I actively contribute to the creation of new project ideas and visual presentations, supporting the
university’s international outreach and engagement goals.

Furthermore, I participate in developing concepts for international events, assist in their organization, and
collaborate closely with the team to bring these initiatives to life. This internship has significantly strengthened my
skills in website content management, project coordination, intercultural teamwork, and digital

This document presents a comparison of the university website before and after my improvements made during the
internship at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences. As part of my role as an International Project Manager
Assistant, I worked with the Joomla content management system to restructure sections, improve visual layout. The
goal was to enhance user experience, ensure clarity, and align the site with current project and academic activities.
