August 2016
Got the phone calls and emails from people in Ukraine who had issues with executives. Edited
the letters in program and sent to the executive agencies. Received the email answers from
appropriate agencies and made the call back to found out about the results.

English Language Teacher, Beijing, China, Kid’s Home, September 2016 – May 2019

Led the English classes for kids from 14 month till 6 years old. Developed kid's self-esteem,
physical health and communication skills through the play. Organized the classrooms and
prepared the materials about art works, special books for reading and other tools. Mentored the
new coming teachers, lead them on the first steps. Prepared and represented the project with the
working results in the end of every month.

English Language Teacher, remote, September 2019 – February 2022

Managed individual classes with students who worked in IT sphere. Developed lesson plan
personally for everyone. Worked with an average of 20 students. Graded homework,
assignments and exams.

Customer Support Specialist, Budapest, Hungary, Teladoc Health, June 2022 – January
2023

Got the phone calls from Ukrainian refugees who had the problems with the medical help in
Budapest. Noted the information to the program. After that contacted with local doctors. In the
end of the day made a call back to found out about the current situation.

Helped with translation between the foreign employees from Asian countries and Ukrainian
workers on different positions. Led the meetings between the management and workers, solved
the issues if they appeared. Controlled the education process of the new employees
