•Accounting and reporting:
•the organizational structure of the financial and economic block is formed;
•the accounting policy of the enterprise is formed and, if necessary, updated;
•compliance with the accounting policy is monitored;
•software for management accounting (negotiations are underway to implement the software)
•Control is carried out for:
•correct and timely registration of receipt and consumption of stocks, materials, fuel, goods and other valuables;
•timely preparation of reporting calculations of the cost of production, balance sheets and accounting statements;
•timely collection of receivables and repayment of payables;
•correct spending of the wage fund, accrual and payment of all types of bonuses, rewards and benefits;
•substantiated and legal write-off of shortages, losses, receivables and fixed assets from the accounting balance;
•timely inventory of funds, goods and material values, as well as audits in the company's divisions.
•Medium-term planning:
•methodical guidance, development of forms, templates and documentation;
•general management is organized for the development of plans and budgets for production units, the budget of income and expenses, and cash flow budget;
•appropriate adjustments are made to the budgets in the event of a change in the production and economic situation;
•participation in determining the need for working capital by elements and calculating working capital standards;
•indicators of the approved financial plan and tasks, limits of working capital are brought to the divisions of the enterprise and systematic control of their compliance and implementation is carried out;
•control over the purchase of goods and material values is carried out in order to prevent the accumulation of excessive stocks;
•Loan applications and applications for participation in grants are drawn up and submitted within the prescribed time limits.
•Operational planning:
•compiling and submitting to the management information on the receipt of funds, payment registers on payment days, a payment calendar for a week, a month, reports on the progress of the main indicators of the financial plan, on the state of settlements with counterparties, etc.;
•operational meetings with employees of the financial and economic block are held on a permanent basis;
•participation in meetings with other managers;
•participation in determining financial conditions during the conclusion of business contracts.
