The USAID Mission
to Ukraine

I am writing to apply for the position of Project Management Specialist (Trade and
Competitiveness). With 8 years of experience in financial sales and 12 years in
management, I believe that my skills and expertise align perfectly with the requirements of
the role.

In my previous roles, I have acquired business development skills while working in various
industries such as Automotive, Banking, Insurance, and Construction. I have successfully
managed a company with a staff of 50 people at BC Dorbud, where I oversaw the repair of
numerous communal properties in Kyiv and the region. Additionally, I represented the
company in dealings with supervisory bodies, participated in tenders, and effectively
managed relationships with contractors and customers.

During my tenure as a Branch Manager at PJSC CB "PRAVEX-BANK" Intesa Sanpaolo
Group, I achieved significant financial results, increasing the figures by 250%. I also
successfully recruited and trained a team of tellers, adopted innovative sales management
techniques, and reviewed credit applications.

Furthermore, I have obtained relevant certifications, including the "DAO PM" from IAMPM
Laboratory of non-technical IT education. This course equipped me with practical skills in
project documentation, contract management, stakeholder communication, risk
management, and resource and time management. I have also completed courses in
Google Ads optimization, email marketing, and social media advertising.

With my strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as my
knowledge of performance metrics, task tracking tools such as Jira and Trello, and Agile
methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, I am confident in my ability to excel as a Project
Manager at Vandelay IT.
