Dear Hiring Managers!

My name is Denys Smal.

I am already an employee of DCA NCA and hold the position of a deminer.
However, now I feel that I could show my talents and skills in the position of
Communication Officer.

From the moment I joined DCA NCA, I knew I was doing important things, and as part of our
team, I am able to make a positive change in the lives of those in need.

Now I feel that I would like to move on and prove myself in the communication field.
Understanding and supporting the values, culture and goals of DCA NCA, and clearly
recognising the direction of the organisation, I would like to develop within an organisation
that has already become a special part of my life.

With my experience in communicating with large audiences and my technical skills in
creating and promoting advertising content, I believe I can contribute to the development
and growth of the organisation. Also, thanks to my self-motivation and learning ability, I am
ready to compensate for any lack of experience with hard work.

My desire to develop within DCA NCA is really strong and I am confident that I will be able
to benefit the organisation that has earned my trust and the trust of thousands of other
people whose lives it is changing for the better.
