ORDER MANAGEMENT
Planned/Production order creating in SAP:
- Create routing, create production version, create planned order, production order;
- Send email with all information to relevant stakeholders;

PRE-PRODUCTION
GUTS Ticket Support:
- Confirm / request necessary information for shipping are correct and available;
- DG vetting & Indicate DG precaution when needed;
- Arrange shipping booking with DHL Express or other freight carriers - KN / EI / LP;
- Update shipment booking details on the GUTS ticket;
- Modify pickup arrangement if requested by the requester's (after label creation) ;
- Monitor shipment status;
- Resolve ticket when shipments are delivered & update Pre-Prod ticket tracker;
- Safety permit creation.

B2G MANAGEMENT
- Check for each country’s open order and order status to make sure all are approved and ready to release before MRD (Must Release Date);
- Approval follows ups for the following order status from the spreadsheet
ICESSO;
- Once the orders have received approval and inventory is ready, orders can now be released;
- Hot Order Release;
- After releasing, update ship to information in the B2G tab.
