Main responsibilities
-Provide medical rehabilitation services to referred patients. The service includes a comprehensive intake consultation, assessing the
rehabilitation needs of each patient (with an emphasis on physical and functional rehabilitation issues) and developing a rehabilitation care plan focused on supporting activities of daily living.

Main responsibilities
-Gather subjective and objective information relevant to patients’ medical history.
