Project Description: Hetzner Dev Kubernetes platform migration delivering GitOps-managed Talos cluster for
multi-tenant Laravel services.

Project Role: Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities: • Migrated 20+ Laravel web and queue workloads to Hetzner Kubernetes with
ArgoCD GitOps and namespace isolation
• Standardized multi-stage PHP-FPM/Nginx Docker images with non-root users,
read-only filesystems, and deterministic builds
• Automated DopplerSecret-driven credentials for MariaDB, PostgreSQL,
MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and MinIO
• Authored Bitbucket Pipelines that decrypt .env, build & push AWS ECR images,
and align semantic tags with ArgoCD releases
• Rebuilt observability with OpenObserve, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, and
service health probes
• Documented runbooks and smoke testing playbooks enabling <15 minute
UI/API validation post-migration
