Covering all practical application of Humanitarian Manual Mine (HMA) Clearance, Battle Area Clearance and Quality Management. Delivering Instruction on all aspects of Quality Assurance and Explosive Ordnance Recognition. PRINCIPLE ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Quality Assurance Manager at FSD PWRA Funded Project Ukraine managing a QA team of three staff.
• Conducting and delivering QA on all aspects of FSD HMA activities related to the project including. EORE, NTS, Mechanical Ground preparation, Manual Mine Clearance, BAC and Technical Survey.
• Responsible for providing accurate QA reports in both English and Ukrainian to the project Country Director, Operations Manager and the National Mine Action Centre.
• Provided QA Technical assistance to FSDs other projects within Ukraine in Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Donetsk Oblasts.
• Responsible for the recording and checking of FSDs Free from Explosive training munitions.
• Providing assistance in the developed of the FSD Quality Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Ukraine.

• Participation as a key member of staff during NMAC monitoring visits and task site handovers.

CAREER SUMMARY

February 2023 – February 2025: FSD PMWRA Funded Project Quality Assurance Manager Ukraine.

Responsible for the managing the day to day Quality Assurance activities and reporting of 10 Mine Clearance teams, 2 Mechanical Ground preparation teams 1 Rubble removal teams, 6 NTS and EORE teams in the Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Donetsk’s Oblast. Providing QA technical advice to the Country Director, Operations Manager and Team Leaders. Planning and managing in consultation with the NMAC of Ukraine future external Quality Assurance monitoring visits. Establishment, set up and management of FSD PMWRA National Staff QA Team. Assisting in producing country specific in accordance with Ukrainian Standards EOD SOPs and development of FSD in country specific QA SOPs. Responsible for the recording and checking of FSD FFE training stores.

August 2022 – February 2023 Deminer Ukraine

Conducting Humanitarian Mine Clearance activates in accordance with FSD SOPs and NMAS as a deminer. Participating in clearance in Manual Mine Clearance and Battle Area Clearance activities. Formed part of FSDs EOD rapid response teams identifying safe and unsafe items of Explosive Ordnance and reporting to the State Emergency Services of Ukraine in the Kharkiv Oblast after the withdrawal of Russian Federation Forces in the Izyum Rayon.
