About me.
More than 20 years of work as a Product Manager.
I am responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of events. I always work
closely with managers and customers, clients to understand their needs and goals, and then
develop and implement a plan that will ensure the success of each assigned event.

Experience and practical skills:
• In my practical activities I mainly supervised, planned and managed all elements of events and
productions for the events assigned to them;
• Managed, organized and developed team members, employees and freelancers involved in the
project. I ensured lawless and professional events.
• I was fully responsible for assigned events and managed each event with little supervision.
• Monitored staff compliance with safety regulations, took all necessary measures to eliminate
the problem in the event of any threat to safety;
• I was the face of the company.
• Prepared advances for each assigned event, ensuring that all technical requirements,
speci ications are met prior to the event by working with the Sales and Departmental Manager,
conducting/attending pre- and inal meetings with relevant staff and clients to ensure all
exhibition/event requirements are met.
• Supervised on-site personnel to meet event needs as speci ied and anticipated in advance.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• More than 10 years of personnel management experience;
• More than 5 years of experience in organizing live events, including concerts, festivals, general
corporate sessions, etc.
• Supervise the setup and operation of audio/video production equipment (such as audio
consoles, video switchers, wireless microphone systems, broadcast cameras, video walls,
lighting, etc.)
• Work in conditions of urgent need for troubleshooting;
• Deep understanding of various aspects of event management in various venues ranging from
screening rooms to arena-sized concerts and can handle these types of deployments with ease.
• Previous experience with stage lighting, professional audio systems and basic video systems in
a similar or related ield;
• Ability to travel and work in different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays;

 • Sophisticated appearance and manner of behavior;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Strong production insight and keeping cool under pressure;
• I have experience in supervising and leading a production group;
• I can work independently, as a team leader and together with others;

EDUCATION:
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the LNU;
School of Mediation of the Warsaw
Higher School of Managers;
Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade.
I regularly study both in Ukraine and abroad, which helps me maintain my expertise at the
highest level.

Driving license - "B" category;
Knowledge of English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian languages;
