Having participated in various significant projects within the country, I have developed a solid expertise in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics and fleet management, infrastructure reconstruction and rapid response.
During last year I have managed end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services of the major and the biggest USAID BCP procurement requisitions and activities including: prepare all procurement documents, distribute and present relevant documentation to the members of the committee; lead procurement evaluation committee meetings; prepare procurement evaluation committee reports as well as maintain records of all documentation and reports, PO/contracts/subcontracts, regular site visit with deep inspection of equipment and Works, payment documents and control. In fleet management, I was responsible for overseeing the maintenance, scheduling, and optimization of company vehicles to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In inventory and fixed assets management, I handled tracking, auditing, and maintaining records of company assets and stock, ensuring proper allocation and compliance with organizational standards.
I have overall working experience more over 12 years, with mostly all my career connected to logistics, procurement of materials and heavy equipment, contractual negotiations, and agreement conclusion. Previously I have worked both in the private sector and donor funded projects. My responsibilities included managing the procurement of goods, heavy equipment and services, conducting solicitations, conducting price/cost analyses, tracking procurement activities, and maintaining supplier relationships. Earlier in my career I had a strong work history, starting as a purchase and sales specialist at a logistics company and progressing to leading engineer and Senior manager of Procurement department at PJSC "MK" Azovstal" Metinvest Holding. I received a MA degree in management from Donetsk State University of Management in 2022; hold MA degree in International Economics from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade in 2012, and a Specialist degree (BA/MA) in Foundry Production of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals from Priazovsky State Technical University in 2010.

Position: Procurement officer

Responsibilities:
• Managing procurement of Goods, heavy equipment, services, and construction works for SSI and BCP DAI/USAID projects.
• Coordination logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, driver management, and fleet utilization.
• Developed asset management systems to track and report asset status, improving utilization and reducing asset-related costs
• Administer procurement process including drafting solicitations, collecting offers, organizing technical evaluation committees, recording results of procurements, and saving appropriate documentation while ensuring adherence to DAI/USAID and FAR policies and procedures.
